1. You have the right to objective, non-biased advice
2. You have the right to have your telephone calls and emails returned within 24 hours
3. You have the right to know how your advisor is compensated
4. You have the right to know how the cost of your advisor’s compensation is charged to you
5. You have the right to periodic account reviews on a pre-established schedule
6. You have the right to reasonable evaluation of your investment performance against a pre-established accepted benchmark
7. You have the right to receive meaningful information in the mail regarding important financial issues
8. You have the right to receive a minimum of one service call every 90 days from your advisor or his/her staff
9. You have the right to courteous service when you call the office
10.You have the right to talk to a person, not a machine, regarding your accounts and service issues
